Wine & 530 Zumba

We're welcoming Yuba City's own 530 Zumba for a fantastic outdoor class in the grass. Breathe deeply, stretch and Zumba as the sun goes down.

Doors open at 5 pm, class begins at 5:30 pm on the lawn.

Class fee includes your first glass of wine.

Melissa Bernard

Melissa is a 500 hour, Mark Stephens trained, yoga instructor who has been teaching locally for the past two years and this year co-opened 530 Yoga in Yuba City. Melissa is passionate about yoga and is working toward certification in prenatal yoga. She is also a licensed RN with over ten years of experience in Women's Health and more particularly Labor and Delivery. This background gives her a particular interest in core strength and pelvic floor health.
