Learn how to create a deeply satisfying seasonal dessert using real, whole-food ingredients—without refined sugar or processed shortcuts.
In this hands-on class, you’ll make honey-sweetened vanilla gelato and individual strawberry rhubarb crisps, working with sprouted oats, nuts, fresh fruit, and natural sweeteners. Each attendee builds their own dessert and experiences the contrast of warm baked fruit with fresh-churned gelato.
We’ll also explore how ingredient choices affect texture, sweetness, and balance in both frozen and baked desserts.
