About The Event
Our Homemade MFV wine infused ravioli class is taught by Summer Laurin of Penn Valley. Summer grew up in the restaurant business and from an early age developed a passion for making people happy through food. Her love of cooking and creating is a perfect match for teaching a feel good class where you walk away with new skills in the kitchen.
Homemade Wine Ravioli class includes; instructions and everything you need to make ricotta cheese filled ravioli. A take home a recipe card, gnocchi for your family and enjoy a serving of ravioli in a simple sauce, along with your first glass of wine.
