About The Event
Our Homemade Gnocchi class is taught by Summer Laurin of Penn Valley. Summer grew up in the restaurant business and from an early age developed a passion for making people happy through food. Her love of cooking and creating is a perfect match for teaching a feel good class where you walk away with new skills in the kitchen.
Homemade Gnocchi class includes; instructions and everything you need to make gnocchi. A take home a recipe card, gnocchi for your family and enjoy a serving of gnocchi in a simple, along with your first glass of wine.
