Sip and Pasta Making Class will teach you the fundamentals of pasta making.  Local business consultant and former restaurant owner, Sara Laurin and her daughter Summer Thyme, trained under chef Zachary Ahrenholtz from Grass Valley, will teach us the step by step process of making pasta.  Kitchen equipment is not a necessity for great homemade pasta!  Together, each process of pasta making will be explored; by hand and using a manual pasta roller.  

Learn the art of making fresh pasta while enjoying our award winning red wines.  Take home your batch of pasta for 4, enjoy a sampling of pasta with a garlic butter sauce and your first glass of wine.  

Doors open at 5:30 pm

Class begins at 6:00 pm - 8:00 pm

Winery closes at 8:30 pm
